BitTorrent merges with uTorrent
국내에서는 널리 알려지지 않았지만 BitTorrent는 해외에서 폭발적인 인기를 모으는 p2p 클라이언트 프로그램이지요. 바로 그 BitTorrent가 또 다른 공유 프로그램 uTorrent을 인수했다는 소식입니다.

이들의 통합은 http://forum.utorrent.com 포럼,유토런트.COM을 통해 알려졌지요.


BitTorrent protocol을 개발한 Bram Cohen과 µTorrent의 개발자 Ludvig Strigeus가 joint를 하기로 결심했다는 내용입니다.

"BitTorrent has acquired µTorrent as it recognized the merits of µTorrent's exceptionally well-written codebase and robust user community."
